Dear Alan

Thank you your email c/o the All Party Football Group and Peter was pleased that you had made contact as he had no way of thanking you for the CD until that time!

He did indeed listen to the CD and thought it was quite good (although I pointed out he hadn’t listened to it for the duration of our game against you the other month!) He's a Burnley fan - the single hadn't been recorded then! Dur.. He wishes you continued success with the efforts being made to secure Falmer stadium and hopes that the hard work Seagulls fans have put into the campaign pays off very soon.

Best wishes,

Jane Pike,
Researcher to Peter Pike MP.

My local Labour MP Colin Burgon (Elmet, Leeds) said that he could not support me re the Falmer ground. He explained that he did not agree with building on AONB. Tosser. Well I wont be supporting him at the next election.

My MP, Eric Joyce (of Falkirk) couldn't sign the EDM as he is a minister but did send a letter of support to me.

I also received the following letter from him after he had received he copy of the single that I sent him:

"Thanks very much for the SeagullsSKA Tom Hark (We want
Falmer) CD. I do hope that the continuing staunch support and
innovative ideas from fans like yourself will help to sell
the 'Alive and Kicking Fund' and that the team will have a home
ground once again".

Falkirk have just developed a community stadium and moved in this season. It is being further developed so that they will be allowed to play in SPL next year. This MP clearly understands the importance of such a stadium in a redevelopment area.
