Pizza Hut seems popular with that age group. If you want something a bit more classy opt for a proper Italian restaurant

No pizzas please. Alforno's just about due to it's location ..... but otherwise is there a bigger culinary rip-off.

TGI Fridays is good for kids but the nearest one is Crawley. I've been told that Frankie and Bennys in the Marina is similar.

Pop down the marina, plenty of eateries and it's dead swanky down there.

For a kid that age I'd go with Tex-Mex. Both those mentioned are fine. For god sake avoid anything remotely poncey, and Pizza's are so under 10's.

Tex mex is a good idea. Dig in the Ribs is a nice one. You could try Donatellos (awaits howls of derision) if you want Italian. The Chinese by the Town Hall in Brighton is good too.

Failing that, why not a big plate of chips and gravy?
