So the players are well up for the fight? That's why we are currently seeing our wost performances of the season so far? 1st half at QPR for example.

McGhee is not to blame either so that just leaves the players ability

I can't comment on the QPR game as I wasn't there, but the Luton game they more than matched them for commitment and effort (coudn't really judge skill on that pitch). We put a a bloody good fight against a very good footballing side. To knock the players after that game would be very unfair.
