Have got all codes etc. but cannot find match pass on BT website. Keeps asking me to buy a package. Help!!!

i have the app on my samsung, but just getting message saying entered wrong details

Had the same on laptop when copy and pasting the code in.
Entered by hand, no problems.

Got Samsung smart telly but at a total loss where to find/dowload app ?

You should have ‘Apps’ as an option on the menu along the bottom of the screen. You can download BT Sport from there.

Spoke to Bt help this pass does not work on most Smart Tv s.

https://matchpass.bt.com/signup go there enter your details and pass, it will create your temp BT login and password.

I'm getting the same message. I've used the username and password BT sent me in the second email but it just says Sorry - You've entered the wrong details?!

and I've now been locked out for 15 minutes for using the wrong details.

The ones I copied and posted from my email

Update - wouldnt work for me with the bt sport app loaded onto the Fire TV. Loaded the app onto the PS4 and it worked first time.

Go figure....

I’m using app on my phone then using the screen mirror so can watch on my tv
