The difference between the show he put on yesterday and hoew he performs at the Inquiry. Are you allowed to get uppity at these things? Or is he keeping his cool to wind the NIMBYs up?

I've read more Government Planning Guidance Notes than I care to think about. I don't remember any of them saying that it is government policy to determine planning applications on the basis of who succeeds in winding up the other side the most.

If I ever think that credit or indeed citicism is due then I will give it.

On this occassion MP did a good job and as such I would applaud it but just to keep my detractors happy I would add that I hope that it wasnt the cry of a desperate man.
