I just feel,Keith died doing what he wanted to do,after his VERY SEIROUS illness (i which he knew it what a question of time ?) Lets be honest we would all rather go that way,than being feed in a nursing home.

Forget the likes of Fergie and Wenger it's the likes of Keith Alexander who give us a Football League to be proud of, quietly going about their business, working on a shoestring budget for little reward, doing the job for the love of the game. RIP Keith.

Desperately sad news. The worst things seem to happen to the nicest people. When he was at Lincoln he got them to the play-offs four times in five seasons, that's quite an achievement especially as he didn't have a lot of money to spend. He always took the disappointments graciously when he was interviewed.

His last few hours were spent doing something he really loved doing. I can't begin to imagine how everyone connected with Macclesfield feels at this moment.
