thinking about it, I think this is just a counter measure by the board to ensure we recieve full value if and when we do sell them, still good news nonetheless.

And from their point of view, their wages will have increased considerably. They must have been on youth wages, probably no more than a couple of hundred a week or something. At least now they get paid more like what they deserve.

Good point, as they both deserve it and if they do get offers, it might at least make them think twice.
