The correct decision. Clubs should not be allowed to get away with such callous spending at the cost of non-football creditors. There will never be a level playing field at any level, but clubs should not be put at risk by a temporary owner chasing a pipe dream.

They need to lodge an appeal to get the 15 points back on the principle of them being a bigger club than Leeds.

Could have 3 clubs in League 2 next season starting off on -15. At least they are not in the position of Gretna who look like they will fold at the end of this season due to no funding.
