This is not knee jerk reactions! We are into 2006, we are in the bottom three, dropping faster than Jordan's tits. 28 matches into the season, and we are not looking as though we are going to do any better.

It's not just anti-MM because we have lost a few games - we are losing games the same way every time - gifting points away in the last few minutes because MM has not made a tactical change. Look at his man-management (ignore the Leon situation - look at how he treated Chaigneau) - totally unprofessional.

yep throw one of the highly inexperienced younger players off the bench to hang on for the last 10 minutes then we could have saved a point..........mmmmmm...

Who needs McGhee when we appear to have such a wealth of knowledgable tacticians on NSC

What else did you seriously expect today with the players available??!!!

Yes its frustrating but we need to have a reality check we will be in and out of the relegation places all season as long as we are not there after the final whistle on the last day that is all that matters. I for one will save my judgement of McGhee until then and not after coming out of a fixture packed xmas with a wafer thin squad at his disposal

Why not - he expected a younger player to come on with 2.5 minutes to go and save a point!

Younger legs, for 10 minutes alongside an older head, might have made the difference. We won't know, because MM has not made the change - again. Look at how often we gift 3 points to teams in the last5 minutes of a match. If players are tired, then they need strengthening. Instead of getting sarcastic, take a look at the options he actually DID have but failed to use, and look at what he has done, even with a full squad available.

In our situation you have to battle for every point and every player needs 110% commitment to the team. Both Leon and Chaigneau have both demonstrated with their petulance that they care more about themselves than the team. I imagine Chaigneau has knuckled down in training since and was awarded with a start today whereas Leon is probably still sulking hence why he was not in the squad today.

I am sick to death of theis treachery and disloyalty.

Dick Knight is NOT going to sack McGhee. FACT.
McGhee is NOT going to resign. FACT.
Therefore, by process of elimination, McGhee will be our manager at the end of the season and beyond. DEAL WITH IT.

When McGhee took on this job, he knew he had f*** all resources to work with, yet he took the job in good faith with his eyes wide open. He still has NO resources to work with. Getting Falmer has changed NOTHING. We have lost other good managers as a result of our predicament. But McGhee has hung on and showed loyalty when he could have walked away, especially from the moaning short-termist throw-cash-at-the-problem glory-hunters.

And what does he get for his loyalty? Abuse.

Some people on here should be f***ing ASHAMED of themselves.

Bringing on a player with five minutes to go does not guarentee that you will not concede a goal. For all we know McGhee could have brought on one of the youngsters with 15 min to go and his inexperience still could have caused us to lose then you no doubt would have flamed McGhee for making the change. He took a chance and it did not pay off in a game which was closer than anyone expected.

There are plenty of points to play for and this sort of anti-MM nonsense only serves to further pressure the manager and team at a time they need our support

We just get worseand worse, I thought we might be slightly better this seson, but we aint, were shit.

There are no positives, time to start again, clear out players and staff and start building again

Dont let LI hear you say that. Apparantly there were loads of positives about the Millwall game. You know that second half where we rolled over and died.

McGhee is the problem. He isn't bothered anymore, Lewes council, lack of funds, withdean, training facilities etc. All getting him down. After the Millwall game the players should have been given a 2 hour bollocking and fines for poor performance instead McGhee said we didn't know how to deal wit them. In that case get someone in who can. I can't see any new signings in Jan. He already said we don't have the money. How come the likes of Colchester have got Mark Yeates and Jamie Cureton and we can't get anyone! DK get ya money out and MM start caring or get out!!!

Yeats was on target today again. Rated him as an attacking right sided midfielder when with us.

I share some of your sentiments.

McGhee does regularly seem to be giving the impression he isn't really up for a fight any more - he hardly ever makes agressive substitutions that change the game, only ever criticises a select few players, and seems to leave in some players regardless of form.
