I'm complained many times to them, although recently its been ok.
You just get an automated email.
Looks like they've got back to their bad old ways. Disgraceful when you have to pay for it.
I don't care whose fault it is - they should AT LEAST be something on the website if there is a technical problem.
Havent they got any quality control procedures - does anyone actually bother to check whether their service is actually working ?
In the television and radio industry, the signal COMING back is constantly monitored.

I contacted PTV last week and they said it was SCR responisibility to make sure comm is working.

It's no good blaming SCR. PTV remind me that my subscription is due and it's them that takes my money.
