- Successive 4-0 wins: It's important we go game by game. Two good performances, let ourselves down at Cardiff. Take each game as it comes.
- Good players here, good squad. Strength in squad. Good team spirit which is important.
- Had a lot of injuries but coming through that. Baldock back and he has a good partnership with Hemed - bring the best out of each other.
- A lot of hard games to go. If there's another sticky patch they need to bounce back straight away like after Rotherham and Cardiff games; the thing about this league is going on a run and pick up as many wins as possible.
- Exciting promotion race. Boro, Burnley and Hull all have strong expensive squads. Enjoying being in that company. Perfect scenario is Brighton top and Hull second.
- Knew when he walked in - saw the facilities, met Hughton and the squad - that the club could challenge for promotion.
- Bobby Zamora was in the tunnel at half time during Leeds game saying "goal difference, goal difference". Credit to Leeds' second half performance.
- Utility man tag: Always thought of as right back but never gets played there. Happy to play anywhere.
- Fantastic manager, Calderwood a great coach. Team spirit + good players = chance of promotion.
- No interest in media career after retirement; has taken coaching badges and wants to go the coaching/management route.
