How do you measure worth or value? To us he is almost irreplaceable in our system therefore we value him very highly as he is the heartbeat of our team, to me he is worth 40 million as that is the price of promotion but to another team he is not valued in the same way so more like 2 million. So his value could be anywhere in between if we were to sell him I reckon he would go for 3-4 million.

4 Mil rising to 5 with add ons. If wingers like Ince and Zahaha are worth 6 that is. Equally good player but in a 'cheaper' position. Striker like Rhodes 8M for same reason.
