He was the last to win the Old Division 1, before the Premiership was set up. But I think that the Premiership was an entirely new league that was "bolted on" to the League structure. Therefore the Coca Cola Championship IS the League Championship, the same league that Leeds won in 1992. So the last person to win the League Championship was Nigel Worthington of Norwich City.
