yes they do have a claim - Was confirmed by Starry on here not long ago. All Leeds assets got transfered to the new company. Its only their lossess that they got rid of.

On the other hand, you could argue it's a loss for which they're claiming compensation (i.e the loss of transfer money on those players) so that loss doesn't belong to them. Better leave it all to m'learned friends I suppose - I just hope that buffoon Bates gets nothing at all.
