We have a team full of young players, many of whom have been captains or stand in captains at their previous club or academy. We don't need Bowyer type experience we need older players our character guys can look up to, respect, learn from and seek to emulate....... not racist, out of context aggressive, pricks. He can go earn 30k a week at West Ham etc. and we'll take someone on 10k who has passion and enthusiasm for the game, community and life, who'll lead this team to glory not be an individual who'll break the team spirit.
