They're ok when they're this way round, but I agree with you when the stat punches downwards.

For example, we haven't won against Portsmouth for 13 years. Of course not, they've been too gash to even be playing us.

We beat Portsmouth 4.5 years ago (2020-21 League Cup) so I prefer to word it that we haven't lost to Portsmouth for 23 years.
