anybody had there eyes done?

What is the realisitc cost of getting both eyes done? My wife is 40 next year and I'm thinking of giving here the gift of sight!

Hi cost depends on prescription,I had mine done 15 months ago .cost me £1800 for one eye and yes it was well worth it,Good luck Hope this Helps Paul

Had both eyes done 4 weeks ago, paid £2400. The best outlay I have ever made in my life. Gone from badly shortsighted to 20/20.
Op takes 10 mins in total, 3 hours of severe discomfort then perfect vision and no pain at all. Should have done it years ago.

Had the 'Wavefront' treatment which i believe is now referred to as 'Ultraplus'.

best thing I ever did.
