I binned the original thread after all those early false starts, but having got into the swing of it now, and also encouraged by the Running thread as well, I thought I would update you on progress. These are the current figures, and I must say that the ones that I am most happy about are the %'s of target date/Target Weight being almost neck and neck, so am just over a third of the way there. Plan is to be 2/3rds there by Jan 2011 and complete for my first game back at the crease next season.

Keep it up.

Have you thought about doing couch to 5k?

Was actually reading through it last night. Next Monday I start a ten week Gym program and am looking at running the couch to 5 k alongside it
