I dont know though, a winner now I feel is unlikely unless Lancs score loads of runs very fast, so they would stand to gain an extra 3 points if they were to win (12 points for the win less 5+4 for the draw if they reach 450)

If we took a lead of anything over 5 points into the last game we could pretty much guarantee then that all we would need to concentrate on is winning the game, and not having to worry about batting and bowling points. That would be a big help I reckon.

It's not impossible for Lancs to get a win in this match - they've got to score very quickly today, and tomorrow morning, skittle Durham out in 50 overs and then knock off whatever remains - a big ask but not impossible
