The jaggy one definately, the newer type I'm not so sure. Depends wheter its plastic or metal bodied...

See we were taught if possible to snap the neck BUT it takes a lot of strength apparantly.

Juggular is quick to disable as well then! Prefer an SA80 though as quicker and less effort
