that wouldnt do a lot of good except a few lacerations in the skin

Thinking about it, i have vague recollection of seeing it used to squeeze lemons....might be imagining that though, as surely a conventional 'Lemon Squeezer' is more effective.

And i think it would be easier to slit someones throat with the spikey side than the 'grater' side

that is probably true - a combination of the two would be pretty effective, grate away the skin with the grater side, and then use the fruit and nut side to slit the throat

I would say it is. If you were to hide it in a mars bar or a bowl of soup, for example, you could very easily choke on it.

Actually if it fell to me to execute CJ from Eggheads with ANYTHING of my choice, a cheese-grater would be high on the list.

Other weapons of choice could include a pumice stone,crochet needle and a bacon slicer set on extra thin.

I think the best bet would be to go at the wrists with the big grating bit.

Very little skin to get through a good surface to work on and a stong chance of bleeding to death but hey what do i know i always use a potato peeler!
