i'd say 7.45pm but surely the mighty SKY aren't wrong?

Most unlikely to be 8:00, the midweek TV games never are I believe. Having checked Sky site does say 8:00, but they've been playing promos for it all weekend, and I think I would have noticed if it was anything unusual.

Good spot! Argus says FBS will be making on-pitch announcement at 7.40pm - which is hopefully five minutes before kick-off rather than twenty minutes before kick-off. If its five minutes before though, he'd better watch out for the sprinkler system - and be wearing the right studs!
