Did anyone have a problem with extra cup games last season being put on their cards?

Lots of problems last year. Our grandson was refused admission on three occasions last year and we had to rush to the ticket office and get a paper ticket. There was a problem with a direct debit when they did not take the money. No problem of ours, in the end we paid the full amount up front to prevent being turned away from the gate each time. Very frustrating.
