Dosent hold back on his comments Love to be a fly at the ManUre training ground
Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- A Roy Keane television interview,
which was blocked by Manchester United chiefs two days ago,
contained a biting criticism of his teammate Rio Ferdinand, the
Daily Mirror reported.
England defender Ferdinand, who was at fault for two goals
in United's 4-1 defeat at Middlesbrough on Oct. 29, spent the
summer stalling over a new contract until he secured club record
wages of 6.24 million pounds ($11 million), the paper said.
``Just because you are paid 120,000 pounds a week and play
well for 20 minutes against Tottenham you think you are a
superstar,'' Keane was quoted as saying. ``It seems to be in
this club you have to play badly to be rewarded.''
