If anyone held a video call organising a violent event, actively recruiting people to join that event, yes they would be up on a conspiracy charge.

The difference with the lot you're referring to is they're smart enough not to do it so blatantly.

100 arrests wasn't there? There will be plenty of people in court in the near future, it was all recorded.
