Pretty much how I saw, except I didn't see a kick, and it looked like the Dons player that was on top of him felt Arismendi had dived and was letting Diego know. Diego then tried to shake the guy off.

Saw the footage as well and I cant quite work out what he has done wrong, total over reaction from the Franchise players, he just seems to be trying to stand up when one of them grabs him around the neck and yanks him back to the floor.

From the other end of the ground we couldn't see what had happened as there was a melee of players just after the ref had blown for half time.

Exactly! Why do officials go all out and make a big show of producing the red card for a fairly innocuous situation, but completely ignore things like surrounding the ref and showing disrespect?
