There are about 20 men in white hats.

There are several big diggers.

There are lots of wooden marking posts.

There's a little blue site office.

There are lots of signs saying "Buckingham Group" and "Construction Site, Keep Out".

On a more serious note, if they are starting on the 17th, I would imagine they would need some prep done, which is why I would imagine they are there.

Isn't it more likely they are working until the 16th when everybody stops for Christmas so they will all be off the site on the 17th and back on 5th January

Fantastic isn't it !!! I went and had a look this afternoon as I was in the area ( sorry no pics as they would have been crap from my phone ). And just for Badger - there are H&S signs all over the fence somewhat indicating that it is now a proper building site.
