This is how I think the Domestic Cup Competitons should be changed to:

FA Cup - Keep the same forever, all Clubs!

Based on the previous seasons finishing position (which might give some clubs an incentive for those mid table finishes at the end of the season):

Leauge Cup - Bottom Half Premiership L1,L2, L3 and Top Half Blue Sq Prem.

JPT - Bottom half L1,L2,L3 and Top Half Blue Sq Prem.
