Should have signed him years ago, when we had the chance.
If memory serves me (and it generally doesn't) wasn't he released at the same time as Bobby.
Now that would have been a useful front line.

But, I could be imaging it,
I'm probably even thinking of the wrong sodding player.

I think this would be a bad move. He is on a lot of wonga. Would be better spent on permanent signings.

We have too many loanees as it is which can lead to an unsettling dressing room. Maybe if Fleetwood goes back to Charlton but then he'll only be spare part if Forster/Murray are fit.

It was rumoured that we were very interested when he came back from Hong Kong and signed for QPR, I think it was. It has been suggested that we are after signing a 3rd striker as back up/competition for Murray & Forster and he would fit the bill well.

The old scenario who would you rather bring on if you needed a goal Jake Robinson, Doug Loft or Jamie Cureton. No brainer really. Again his wage is not our concern as supporters if the board think they can afford him that is their choice.

I would be happy if we did get Cureton. But I just don't see it at this present time, because of Fleetwood being here. Maybe a January transfer through is in the pipeline.
