Missed 3 or 4 good chances tonight.

One wonders what difference a Bobby Zamora up front might've had with all the chances we created.

I thought he had a poor game tonight - awaits flaming
I thought he was very effectively marked out of the game by a very good defence.
To me that doesn't mean he had a bad game, he just didn't have as much success as he would have hoped for due to good defending by arguably the best team in the division.

On the other hand...Jarrett is a revelation and seems to be good on either wing. Carole as well.

Frutos also looked very promising when he came on.

Considering the chances he missed tonight, will JR start on Saturday.

Out of his depth??????!!!!

Stole in twice to be denied by admittedly some weak finishing, but you have to get there first to have any chance of scoring.

I thought he offered pace, with some good running and was unlucky and not off form.

Dean Hammond missed the best chance, so going by what you are saying, will he start on saturday????
Of course he will, and so should Jake.

I don't think Coventry will be as good as Sheff Utd...but I would say that if you're going to bring CKR on, bring him on with half an hour or more to go and not 10, 15 minutes.

Is it just me or are we still missing a striker who can actualy score consistently. At last we have some tricky wingers but time after time there was no one in the box. But still another encourageing performance, lets hope we can carry on and secure 3 points Saturday.

I think CKR should start Saturday, Jakey needs a rest.

Was you at the game? He did well to get a foot on the ball!

Maybe Jake would be better in a "super sub" role and be brought on with fresh legs half way through the second half

Also, like on Saturday, he reads the game well and plays the best defence splitting passes of anyone in the team.

I think he is shaping up just fine at the moment and would back him to bag a brace on Saturday.

it was an empty net - would leon get the same treatment if it was he that missed it? no

Or Mark McCammon, Kinky ;)

Most people on here were moaning for Robinson to start the other week. He's played well, scored, set up a goal - and tonight we've lost to the top team.

Hardly reason to drop him.

And who are we going to replace him with? Colin Kazim-Richards? But I thought he needed a rest too.

I just think it is best to rotate younger strikers for a while.
