do you know...for the first time I actually think this is going to happen. i know that sounds daft, but I was convinced something was going to go wrong with this project...funding, objections etc etc.

But seeing that first picture with the concrete stand the length of the pitch, it looks so real.

This has really made my day and yes I know its only a building site and Reichy thinks we are all sad bastards, but after following Brighton since 1974/5, I feel so proud of what is going on.

I really just hope the on field performaces approve to give us a couple of seasons that are worthy of the hard work people have done for the club leading to this.
