Letters containing the vital Falmer information also did not arrive today at the club solicitors, Brighton and Hove Council and the City College of Brighton and Hove.

The parties were all expected to be told by email instead.

It is understood that 60 letters were due to arrive at various organisations involved in the decision over the community stadium.
