If we were playing crap and had no new signings, of course, it would be on. Because we've just won a game and have a few new players to admire, naturally the weather intervenes.
Can I just make a plea here that people don't moan about the early decison, because that's exactly the opposite of their normal complaint, ie that it could have been done earlier.

Much as it's probably going to be raining tomorrow night, they did suggest that it's likely to freeze, ice/frost being more of a problem to the pitch than snow.
Peterborough is over a three hour drive away, and at least by making a decision tonight, it allows people travelling from outside the immediate Brighton area to rearrange work plans if need be.
Like I said, it'll be frustrating if it does appear playable come tomorrow, but it would be pretty crap for Peterborough fans travelling down to come a cropper, only to find the game called off at late notice.

I just walked past the ground on the way home.
-There is NO snow on the surrounding roads
-There is ONLY snow on the pavement on Tongdean Lane (left side as you walk up from London Road under the railway bridge). None on any other footpaths
- There is some unmelted snow on the grass bank by the catering section and South Stand
- The South Stand has NO snow on it
- The running track has NO snow on it
- The covers have NO snow on it
- The snowman I so lovingly crafted yesterday has melted away
I reckon a little bit of grit on the gangways in the stands and it was good to go
