To be honest there's nothing particularly good you can make up with IT First so I can see why they came up with the " clever " logo. I had heard rumours it was L&G who have a massive operation in Hove and local connections so I do feel an anti climax but its what Micky and the Boys do on the pitch that really matters.

The point about a logo is whether it works for the company that is using it, not whether the company that supplies advertising hoardings is happy with it.

This one is unknown at the moment - because it's just been launched. And it's a sight better than the previous one (top right in the picture). But that's only my opinion.

Preferred their old branding of Response Team to be honest. Whilst the new logo might seem inventive and clever, it doesnt exactly stand out. Nor does it appear anywhere on google when you search for 1st. At least Response Team did.

Poor effort and certainly wont be remembered with the same affection as Skint.

And actually, aside from the dodgy logo, the 3rd choice kit looks really GOOD!

I think possibly capital letters might have worked better, but I don't really care - its THEIR company and THEIR logo. We're presumably happy to take their money. Its not the clubs place to tell them what their logo has to look like, or how to rebrand their company.

The shirt looks decent enough, which is all that really matters, to us. I've shown the pic to my 9 year old, and he's put it straight on his birthday list.

Thats right Hans, what matters anyway is what happens on the pitch and the fanciest logo in the World will not a jot of difference to the performances

What we need is an old guy with white hair and a beard (anyone know any around here), to come out, shout ITS....., and then the team to run out to the Monty Python theme.

The idea is the logo says "it" and "1st" with just 3 letters all in one logo - pretty clever i think!

Sounds like you are something to do with them and trying to convince yourself?
But to everyone else seeing it for the first time (or should I say ist time) it is pretty poor branding at best and downright awful at worst. If that were my company spending all that dosh I'd be pretty embarrassed:(

It would be much better if the company was called "The IT Specialists", then we would have TITS across our chests

Somewhat curiously it says on the BBC text service that they will be sponsoring Ipswich Town...odd or what?

obviously not a patch on skint but guys, it's only a sponsor , it won't make us play any better. Dk has obviously done the best deal for the club. IMO the sponsor looks non offensive and is good enough. Lets get this CM + lb in more importantly
