First the hand gets stitched back after a ruck a week ago and then this falmer stuff and today i have just walked out of my job after a blazing row with many f-words and must say if i had stayed i would have flipped big time and fu-ck knows whats next grrrrrrrrr.

Just been very very angry of late and normaly so happy go lucky f*** f*** f***.

Has anyone else felt this way in violents as i can't quiet get a grip of myself and had a cushty number at this job,but this one geezer hit the button big style.

Can't say I get angry or feel like flipping, but I lay awake at night thinking about the new stadium, I go to bed about 11.30 pm go to sleep1.30am and have to be up at 4.30am if this keeps up I am suing Prescott for sleep deprivation.

I have had a bit of an angry phase as well. Had an argument at work and have been snapping at people. I quite like being a bit angry though as I am normally so easy going that it gives people a shock when I am irritable.

Most of the women in my life are going through some kind of random moody phase at the moment, still with them that's to be expected, in my experience anyways.
