Could the +1 schedules be automatically programmed to repeat all listings one hour later, i.e. not taking into account any second screening restrictions?

champion league and other european games are repeated on +1 channels, i thnk the licening for repeats has been sorted out.

Quite possibly - can't say I've ever noticed if live footy is repeated on the +1 channels.
