I'm on the fence until the end of November, he needs time and players are injured.

But the team in the majority of matches I have witnessed looks disorganised and tactically poor albeit for the Reading game and possibly Burnley. This is a big worry for me as this goes beyond having a few injuries.

If the guy was called Brian Jones and not been a player at Barca for a while would everyone be so up his arse?

I neither love him or hate him but given what I have seen he has a lot prove and time may not be on his side if we find ourselves around the bottom three come December.
