Who plays left back fro the reserves?? I think Mayo could do with being dropped for a while....

He's reacted well to being dropped in the past, I think: seems to get a bit complacent if his place isn't under threat. Still rate him as a reasonable player (albeit with limitations, but then so have most if not all Div 2 players, I suppose) and a bloke with the team's best interests at heart. I agree he's seemed particularly vulnerable at times, but mostly through lack of cover from midfield.
