Sorry if this is a stupid question, but just to confirm, if i were to get the tube app would it be worth it on an ipod touch? Dont use the tube much, but when i do would be handy to have the map and updates ect. But does it need an internet connection to work, as going through/across london i wouldnt have a stable connection.
thanks in advance.

Neither here nor there
Touch Cricket is pretty addictive, if a tad one-dimensional.
Tone Pad is fun and the music can sound quite professional.
RK Free is brilliant if you like running and want to know exactly how far you've gone, how fast you went, see a map of your route and compare to your previous runs. Free too.
Wunder Radio is recommended.

Are there any Apps that enable you to get BBC radio stations?

ARRRRGH. So annoyed I don't have my iPhone anymore.

I'm guessing its a random ambient music generator?

That's basically it, I've just uploaded it. You can tap it to play long, echoey notes which it then repeats; very nice and relaxing. I just tried to play a trippy version of SBTS on it, with mixed results.
