Point of genuine interest: You seem to be omnipotent in an interview situation where you're hiring; how do you think you'd do against a panel of interviewers that weren't you?

Well I didn't get the last job I went for :thumbs up:

I can only speak for myself, and people are different. Some people make their mind up instantly and never change it. Some people like to put people under severe pressure to see how they perform. Some are looking for instant recruits that have all the skills they need with no training.
