Internet Email in Outlook

Having real hassle trying to set up my username@msn.com email address in Outlook. I've followed everyting I can find on t'internet but I keep getting messages saying the pop3 server or smtp cannot be found.

I have set them to pop3.email.msn.com for incoming and smtp.email.msn.com for outgoing as found in microsoft website.

Any ideas anyone?
