Filming starts for Indiana Jones IV , 18 years after the 3rd instalment and a pretty decent cast is shaping up. I love them all and I think the 3rd is the mots enjoyable.

I for one am looking forward to Indy 4. I love the films for pure escapism and I have faith in all involved, including Harrison Ford that they can pull it off and make a great film. There is so much riding against it but also the fact that they know they cannot make a bad Indy film and disgrace the series is going to make them rise to the challenge. Even Temple of Doom, which had its bad points was a great film. Indiana ROCKS!

My worry would be it looking as shit as the Die Hard 4 trailer, where a 63 year old man unsportingly rolls in the street, his chest sagging, and the intrigue of his relationships being stretched beyond visibility and purely covered by explosives.
I suppose Indy might be more 'believable', but the last one was fairly ineffective.
In general an action film has our sweaty hero somehow entwined with a moving, dusky maiden at some point to be either betrayed or forced into action. Now, with Ford and Willis, one would hope they remain untouched by the precious femmes we watchers envy. Be too much like Anna Nicole Smith looking for some racist, historical riches from a soon-to-die "loved one".
