In your heart of hearts do you really think the Falmer decision is a yes or no?

From my exile in Devon I can only rely on NSC or BBC news to get info on what is happening regarding the Falmer decision process. With the big answer so close everything seems painfully quiet on the issue at the moment.

Despite what you say in public - in your heart of hearts do you really expect the decision to be a yes, a no, or like me you feel it could still go either way? My head tells me it must be a yes, but I still a get a nasty feeling that for some pathetic reason a no will be announced.
