That's what I thought but turns out he was out for a while with nerve damage in his arm, and is now back again. I asked him some questions about the band too and will be publishing that very soon on Rocksucker.co.uk - happy to post the link in this thread as and when if, as it seems, there are fans on here.

Strange. My mates brother plays lead guitar for the kooks and I get free tickets somethimes. I was in Poland with them last month and it did not sound like Paul will be back for the rest of the tour but I could be wrong.
