And more to the point, what if we do not get permission? Will we be able to force the Friday fixture, switch venues or forfeit the game?

Surely the FA/FL should take this condition into account when they make the fixtures at the start of the season!

Said it last year (and years before), though I much admire Tim Carder and co, I'm not going to do this because I don't believe it's necessary anymore. Sick of writing letters etc and we're all so fickle and worn out by the Falmer Farce that nobody would dare throw us out of Withdean with no where else to go. I almost wish they would so it would create a storm of angry protest where we'd literally go an burn LDC offices. Brighton councillors will pass this no worries. They wouldn't dare throw the Albion out even if Falmer is rejected.
