Im having a weekend in Calais any advice

If you are booze cruising buy everything on Saturday. Believe it or not all the hypermarkets and booze shops are shut on Sunday.
Got caught out by that a few weeks ago.

But I'd agree with the others that Calais is a bit of a dump. Better to point the car down the coast and stop when you find somewhere you like. Only go back into Calais when you're ready to stock up

Go to Boulgne, old town. Fantastic place.
