I imagine Leigh on Sea must be the cultural capital of world. And Bevendean, wow, that's a place.
Of course all Hastings has is it's galleries, thriving arts and music scene, famous fishing fleet and industry, miles of seafront, history and the Old Town. Shame someone burnt down the pier. Yes, a veritable shit hole.
