Good point. Every time the government directly tries to influence the vote it probably annoys as many people as it persuades, if not more.

There is also a perfect storm gathering of a weak and struggling European economy combined with an ongoing Euro crisis, combined with an ongoing migrant crisis, combined with record levels of immigration, combined with a government divided and increasingly unpopular .... there is still a glimmer of hope.
