Studio Brussel, I listened to it during most of my time living in Belgium/Netherlands, it is pretty good. Although the majority of the talking is in Flemish (Dutch) they often interview bands in English and now appear to have a DJ who speaks in French. Once you get past the language barrier and the frequent tales of problems on the Brussels' Ring Road the music is pretty good, they don't have a vetting policy on what they play either, if a tune has a swear word in it then that is exactly what you hear.
