I have my first computer virus/trogan?

MSE has picked up a Trojan on my computer, not sure where it has come from, i downloaded a film from warez bb yesterday but never had an issue before, what do i do now, its says on MSE its quarantined but i cant remove it, i think it might be effecting my computer as my web pages keep crashing.

is what i have Trojan:Win32/Orsam!rts (Microsoft)

Please help lads i have no idea what im doing lol

I ran this, not in safe mode though, but it worked ok and cleared the malware. There are a number of forums that talk you through the process step by step. Just google getting rid of malware.

Malwarebytes is best in my opinion.

Also, Warez sites are always rammed full of nasty and malicious software, avoid them. Not worth it for a free film.

Hate to upset your Mac smugness but thanks to the success of the Iphone and the Ipad Macs get Malware too. I would question what security our little chap from Newhaven uses though. Free versions have their limitations.

i use Microsoft security essentials which was recommended to me by the man that runs the Tech Guys for the whole of Norway.
I also have superantispyware and now Malwarebytes

i had one of these ,all i did was reset my p.c to an earlier date,(i.e the day before you think you got it),but you will lose data you have saved after that point,worked for me.

I doubt that your malwarebytes will detect that particular trojan as I think it is a generic name given by Mircosoft security essentials to anything that it considers suspicious after advanced automated analysis.
